bought adobe photoshop elements 2022 but redem code keeps saying invalid

Please open this link: https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial, Sign in with a valid Adobe ID and use the redemption code to get your serial key.

Use that serial key to activate Elements 2022.

Where did you buy Elements from?  If it is a legitimate vendor, perhaps you are trying to enter the Redemption Code instead of the Serial Number.  They are not the same. 

Please look at this article which provides a link that will allow you to redeem your code and obtain a serial number.
