Bought/Paid PSElements 2020 yesterday. Serial # emailed to me is rejected as invalid.

My bank was charged the purchase amount yesterday March 25. I downloaded and installed epgrade from PSE 2016 to Elements 2020 (and organizer). The serial was emailed to me. When I launced, it asked to enter my serial#. I did so repeatedly by typing. I finally got into a messaging session that  failed. My issue was going to be escalated? But nothing. Again this evening March 26 trying again and it's a fail. Elements is running but only as a trial.
