I have purchased Photoshop Elements 2018 and Premiere Elements 2018 and have serial numbers for both licenses. Photo Editor will open without issue, but the video editor wants me to start a 30 Day Trial. I have selected "License this product" and enter in my serial number, but then it goes right back to the trial screen. What do I do to get my license reactivated so that I'm not on a trial, but actually own the software I paid for?
