Bridge CS4 on Mac not working--checked answered by accident still not working?

Question

The original question: "Bridge CS4 Running on a Mac opens then closes with no error message?"  Was in process when I clicked ANSWERED by accident. Bridge CS4 still isn't working.  The original post was 5/29/17.  The last Adobe question was what the Activity Monitor showed.  Watching the Activity Monitor as I started Bridge CS4 showed Bridge CS4 showing up for a short period then disappearing.  Would like to reopen the request and get Bridge CS4 working againdonkal
