Brush thickness with Wacom tablet

Hi, I've got Photoshop Elements 12 and I'm using a Wacom touch tablet. 

Everything was okay yesterday, but today (when I am drawing with a pencil), my brushes doesn't work as they should. The thickness is the exact same even though I have chosen a brush which is supposed to be thin-thick-thin. Please, look at my picture.

How come? I have checked the use of Windows INK at All Others and unchecked it at Photoshop in Wacom Tablet Properties. I have not made a folder I have also made the PSUserConfig.txt folder.
