Bonjour,

 

Impossible d'enregistrer une image lorsqu'on passe par le menu "Enregistrer pour le Web" ! Un message systématique apparaît : "Impossible d'écrire le fichier. Une erreur indéterminée s'est produite."
Voilà... débrouille-toi avec ça !
Vu le prix de cette app, c'est juste inadmissible ! :(((

Actually, it looks like you have not updated to Elements 2021.2.  Where did you get the version number from?  You should have the version number shown in my screenshot below:

    Je n'ai pas la possibilité d'updater la version installée. J'ai acheté cette version via l'App Store d'Apple.

    Et vu le prix, ça fait un peu mal...

    I know nothing about Macs, but this seems to be a RAM issue - at least, it is on Windows machines.  In any event, I suggest you try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.  I believe the support hours in Europe are limited to the business day.
