Bug avec Elément Auto Créations 2023.exe

Bonjour, Comment éliminer les erreurs provoquant la panne:

"Eléments auto Créations 2023.exe - erreur Système"

4 fenètres successives se présentent à chaque ouverture de mon PC voir fichier joint...

J'ai actuellement, supprimé (provisoirement) tous les logiciels Adobe présents sur mon PC, sans résultats.

1 fichier joint.

    Le problème est maintenant résolu, mon PC est maintenant remis à neuf.

    Désolé pour les mauvaises manipulations, je suis rarement sur les forums...

    Le problème a été résolu en supprimant tous les fichiers sous:

    Disque local(C)...comme ci-dessous.

    Le chemin que vous avez proposé était le bon.

    Je ne sais pas très bien à quel endroit cocher votre bonne réponse...

    I'm not exactly sure how you have deleted Elements temporarily because the program folder still exists on your computer?  Are you able to uninstall Elements 2023 completely e.g. from the Windows>Control Panel.  If you are able to uninstall the program, make sure you accept the option to delete the Preferences files.  Once you have uninstalled the program, install it again. 

     

    If you are not able to uninstall the program, you may need to use the CC Cleaner tool.  Although it is named CC Cleaner, it should also work on Elements.  At step 4 of the instructions, if you do not see Elements 21 (the version number for Elements 2023) as an option to remove, choose option 1.  All.  This should open a new dialog where Elements 21 should be an option for removal.

      Bonjour, Merci de votre suivi d'aide.

      -Je n'ai jamais trouvé photoshop 2023 dans mes applications, seulement les messages d'erreurs qui apparaissent sur le bureau à l'ouverture du PC.

      J'avaischercher à mettre à jour Lightroom 6 et (par erreur, element 2023)

      J'ai maintenant supprimé (provisoirement) les application Adobe par le menu Parametres- applications- supprimé... en espérant solutionner le problème. sans succès.

      J'ai trouvé le chemin d'accès que vous suggérez, que dois-je faire maintenant ??  Modifier? supprimer? quels fichiers?voir fichier joint.

      Si je ne trouve pas de solution avec vos prochaines instructions je prendrai contact, comme vous le proposez, avec Aide et  Support à Adobe.com

      When you uninstalled Photoshop Elements 2023, did you select the option to delete the preferences files?

      What other Adobe programs did you uninstall?

      Here is the path where one version of the problem file should be located:

       

      Another copy is also installed if you have Premiere Elements.

       

      If you open Task Manager, do you see a process for Elements Auto Creations 2023 running?
