Bug in Elements 2025

Hi Viola did you find a solution to your elements 2025 issues? Is it editor and organizer? I don't have a solution for you I just might have the same issues if it is only the organizer that freezes and not the editor.

That's partially due to the fact that Best Buy is notorious for selling below spec computers just to make a sale.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Need to know what OS you have?   Windows or MAC /  What windows version?  What MAC version.

"computer is not the problem"-- Please provide proof of that.  "I bought it 2 months ago" is not proof.   
"geek squad said so" is not proof. 

Just because it isn't working for you doesn't mean "It's a bug"-- quite often such "bugs" are user caused.   I'm not saying you screwed things up, I'm just stating facts.

Provide a list of everything you have tried.
Provide a copy of your windows event log.
What things have you added  Brushes?  Templates purchased off of esty?  Graphics?  How did you install them?
