C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\dvaaccelerate.dll error

Question

Adobe Photoshop Elements had been installed on Windows 64bit a year ago and worked fine..Recently, after starting Organizer, I am getting the following error message from Windows:
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\dvaaccelerate.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Error status: 0xc0000020 "

Any ideas?

Are you able to open the program?
This is a total guess on my part but I think the error message is related to your Graphics Processor. The only setting that can be changed (if you are able to open the program) is the Use Graphics Processor for Video Playback. Toggle it on or off in Edit>Preferences>General.

Let me know if this is preventing the program from opening and I will make further inquiries of Adobe.
