I'm struggling to open new images in raw on elements 23.

If I move the SD card to my fuji x t20 - no problem however if I put the same SD card in my fuji xe4 I am unable to get elements to recognise that they are on the card let alone download them.

There should be no issue for Elements recognizing your raw files from either camera.

Are you using a different cable or USB port to attach each camera? If so, there may be a problem with the cable or port.

How are you using Elements to read the card - via the Organizer's APD (Adobe Photo Downloader) or directly from the Editor's File>Open menu command?

Does your operating system's file browser see the files? (Windows File Explorer or Mac's Finder). If not, there is probably something wrong with the connection.
