Je ne peux pas ouvrir les fichiers raw de mon Canon EOS 5D mark iv.

Quand Adobe va-t-il mettre à jour les logiciels Photoshop Eléments et Lightroom ?

    What operating system, version of photoshop elements and Lightroom do you have?

    You can see from the below link that the Canon EOS 5 d mark iv requires at least camera raw 9.7 (photoshop elements 2018) and Lightroom 6.7

    I have Photoshop Eléments 13 and Lightroom 5.7

    Unfortunately, neither pse 13 or lightroom 5.7 will be updated to read the Canon EOS 5 d mark iv cr2 files.

    Besides updating to photoshop elements 2018 and/or finding Lightroom 6 or subscribing to Lightroom Classic, you could use the adobe dng converter to convert the files to dng copies, which pse 13 and Lightroom 5.7 will both open.
