camera raw 14.5 install for photoshop 2020, won't update?

You should only bother to update Elements to ACR 14.5 if you have a camera that requires it.  I seriously doubt whether there will be any other advantage to using it in Elements 2020.

If you want to install camera raw 14.5 for use with pse 2020 follow these instructions:

You can skip the part about downloading the camera raw installer, since you already have camera raw 14.5 in the CC>File Formats folder.
