Running Elements 2024 in Win 11. Suddenly began getting the above message when I open a file in Camera Raw.

GPU is Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050. Drivers are up to date and Win System says its working properly.

LR 6 and Photolab 8 work fine.

Elements shows "No detected GPU" under Edit/Preferences/General/Performance.

Have reinstalled Elements 2024 & Camera Raw with no improvement.

Ideas would be appreciated.

Try

6. Check and delete the TempDisableGPU3 or TempDisableGPU2 files

from this Adobe KB

Me?   Log out of the editor first.
Unistall it.
Reinstall it.

Sometimes this happens with me and my rtx 3060, all I do is restart the editor.

A game ready driver was published for my rtx 3060 on July 31st. I'm installing it right now.
The Nvidia desktop app also had an update, it got automatically installed.

Transferred the file to another folder rather than delete. Don't ask me how I learned to do that - it's embarassing.

Anyway, that did the trick & all is well.

Will go back and delete the folder now.

Thanks
