Camera Raw 9.1 opens only partial RAF file

I have PSE 15 with Camera Raw 9.10 which supports my Fujifilm GFX 50s raw files. However when I open a raw file that was shot with the square format option in FINE + RAW mode, the Camera Raw only opens the square portion of the file, even thoug the full sensor data is present. I can open the full raw file with "Raw File Converter 2.0" from Fujifilm, but not with PSE 15/ CR 9.10. Is there any way to configure CR 9.10 to open the full file?
