From the chart in the first link of that faq, we find the A7 III which requires the 10.3 ACR plugin, not yet available for the current Elements 2018. If the  A7 IIIR is different, it's not yet supported by Adobe.

When it will be supported, you'll be able to use the free Adobe DNGconverter to convert a whole folder of your raw files to the DNG raw format that your PSE13 can read and edit. An additional (batch) step, but free, with the same quality. In the meantime, use the Sony software supplied with your camera.
