i have photoshop elements 12 but the download file to edit raws from out of my canon 7d mkii I can not because it says it is not supported I need to download the plug in but I have never been able to down load it since I bought elements 12 HELP HELPPPPPP
The 7D Mark II was first supported in Camera Raw 8.7.
PSE 12 is only compatible with Camera Raw up to version 8.5 so it cannot be updated to read those Raw files.
The available options are to upgrade to PSE 2019 or use the free DNG converter
