i've been using elements 13 with a canon 50D and had no problem with opening the pictures in Camera Raw. Now I've stated using a Canon 80D and Camera Raw won't open the picture. Do I need to update my camera raw and how do I do that?
Cameras supported by Camera Raw
The 50D was first supported in Camera Raw 5.1 which is supported by Photoshop Elements 13 out of the box.
The 80D was first supported in Camera Raw 9.5 which is only compatible with Elements 14 and later. So you'll never be able to open Raw files from the 80D in Elements 13.
