Camera Raw issues?

Hello. I transfer my photos from my Canon T8i to my computer. Open the RAW file with Camera Raw. I edit the photo as necessary and it turns out great. Once I’m done and send it to Adobe Elements 21, the photo looks grainy and dull. Why is this?

That should not happen with a correct color management workflow.

1 - is your display calibrated with an hardware probe (Spyder...)?

2 - What are your color management settings in the editor: menu Edit >> Color settings?  Never choose 'No color management'. Optimizing for prints will transmit an aRGB color mode to the editor, Optimizing for display will transmit a sRGB file to the editor.
