Your camera is too new for your Elements version.

You'll see that the D7200 requires the raw conversion plugin 9.0 and Elements 10 can't be updated to that version.

If you don't want to pay the upgrade for the present Elements 15 version, there is still a free solution.

Download and install the free Adove DNGconverter.

It's a free independent software (not a plugin) which can batch convert a whole folder of your NEF files to the DNG raw format that your Elements 12 can read and edit.
