Camera RAW plugin Elements 15 / Fujifilm X-E3

Question

Currently running Windows 10 64bit. Elements 15

I have just changed my camera from a Canon 60D to a Fujifilm X-E3 and their information sheets say that I need Camera RAW Plugin 10.

I dont seem to be able to download version 10 but have downloaded version 10.5.

I opened it and tried to install it but it has disappeared into the computer somewhere!

Current plugin is 9.5.

The X-E3 was first supported by Camera Raw 10.0 but only Elements 2018 is compatible with that version of Camera Raw.

Elements 15 can only be updated to Camera Raw 9.10 so you'll never be able to open X-E3 Raw files in Elements 15.

Options:

Pay to upgrade to Elements 2018, then update to Camera Raw 10.5 (current), or
Download the free Adobe DNG converter and batch convert all your X-E3 Raw files to DNG format. Then edit the DNG files (not the Raw files) in Elements 15. An extra step for you but no extra cost.
