Can anyone help me with Plug-Ins?

Would very much appreicate it if anyone can help me with this:

I'm using PSE 2022.  I used to have a Topaz plug-in called Topaz B&W Effects. (It's quite an old app, but I used to use it quite a bit.)

Recently I had problems with my PC and I had to uninstall and then re-install Windows 10.

Having done that, I had to reinstall all my old programs / apps.  I succeeded in downloading Topaz B&W Effects, but the problem is that PSE doesn't seem to be communicating with it. That is, when I try to access Topaz B&W Effects as a PSE plug-in, it isn't there! (It all used to work before I re-loaded Windows 10, but now it won't work.)

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?  It would be very much appreciated. I would be glad of any suggestions.

    I'm not familiar with that particular plug-in.  Have you tried looking under the File>Automation Tools menu?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, I have tried File / Automation Tools, but there's nothing there.

    Topaz B&W Effects is quite an old app, but it should still be able to work as a plug-in in PSE. I have other (younger) Topaz apps, and they work OK.

    Please let me know if you have any other ideas.
