BTW, support didn't 'blow you off'. You're using a four year old version of the program, and support only offer support for current versions.

I appreciate your response, thanks. I was "blown-off" rather rudely and in my opinion rudeness is unacceptable. I believe I was chatting with a rep in India who had a very poor understanding of English. He could have told me he could not respond to my question due to the age of my software. My wife has a four-year version of Word and is always treated very politely. Thanks again for taking the time to respond to my question. I am working with Premiere Elements 11. Have a great day.
