Can I get the new full version discounted because of my old version

Question

I have Photoshop Elements 13, which will no longer run on my OS (I have Ventura 13.2.1 on my MacBook). The serial number won't work when I plug it in for Elements 2023. The full price for 2023 is $99.99. Can't I get a discount since I own an older version?

Generally, yes. During the checkout process you will be given a chance to check a box that says "I own a previous version"-- BAM! $20 off. Should be no issues if you had that old version registered in your Adobe account.

I would do it reight now to double check but I have lots of things set up for a "1 click purchase" so I'm scurd to do that.

Your serial # only works for whatever version you bought.
