Can I Install Elements on a USB Flash Drive?

Can I install Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 onto a flash drive, and use it as needed from two or three computers, by moving the flash drive accordingly?

The Adobe install will NOT install to a removable drive... as it should NOT, since doing so will break the system registry and cause problems with the drive is removed

The license is for installation on 2 machines.

Thanks... but let me rephrase my original question.... Can I install and use Photoshop Elements 15 on a USB flash drive and use it on one or two machines?  I'm basically asking if it must reside on the primary hard drive or not.
