Can I reinstall at no cost?

I am running out of ideas on how to fix teh color problem I have. I ahve reset to factory defaults. I am thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling PS E 2019. I have abunch of numbers in my file related to PSE 2019. I assume that using those I cn reinstall at no cost? Is that correct?

Jim, your PSE 2019 license never expires so you'll never be charged anything to reinstall it.  However, before proceeding, make double sure you have the correct registration number.  Look for a string of 24 numbers (no letters) beginning 1057.
