Can not get unlock code Premiere Elements 7

I had to reinstall. After install I got a window asking me to get an unlock code from a web page. First page was not found, then I was told 7 was not supported. Is there any way to get an unlock code?.

    Now I can not get to the dialog box that asked for the unlock code. It was to enable MPEG encoding.

    How can I get the dialog box to display so that I can enter the code?

    Maybe opening a video file that has that encoding will trigger the box.
