Can Photoshop 2021 Print individual pictures on indivudal 4x6 in photo paper?

I am thinking about purchasing Photoshop Elements 2021.  But I need it to print indivudal pictures on indivudal 4 x 6 photo paper.  I do not want to print on a full sheet (8.5 x 11) sheet of photo paper.  Has anyone, using this program, printed individual pictures on indivudal 4 x 6 photo paper?   Please let me know.   I am using Windows 10 operating system.
