can't create slide show in Elements 14...

I cannot create a slide show in 14..I followed all the direction and received a suggestion to delete some exe files and that didn't work. I should be able to use this function in Elements and disappointed that it is so difficult to get assistance to correct the situation.

Can somebody help?
