can't download and install

Ok My husband bought from staples a  toshiba and adobe premier 11 was installed as part of that

I looked for the registration code and it showed briefly but when I registered adobe ID the  darn registration code disappeared  and I can't find it  it goes straight into log in. adobe.

I have purchase an upgrade .. which I can't use until I find that code .

Can you help?
