Can't download Elements 2024.

Every time I try to download Elements 2024 onto my PC the download fails and I keep getting a 183 code.

I am in the UK but the download installer keeps giving me North American English in the drop down list with no option for UK english.

It seems to think I am not in the UK.

I get a dialogue box which asks me if I want to move to the UK site despite everything I can find stating my address is in the UK. Moving to the UK site makes no difference.

I have tried to download several times but to no avail.

What do I do now?
