Can't find clone stamp tool under the window Colum to rotate v/y axis in PS elements 13

Every thing is have looked at on line says I should go to window and click on clone stamp and the a box should pop up to change axis numbers for rotating the clone image.

Your looking at directions for photoshop.

Photoshop elements has only a simplified version of the Clone Source panel called Clone Overlay.

I can’t get the clone stamp box to pop up, not under the window button.

Hi ,

In PSE there is no Clone stamp window.

it is Photoshop functionality .

Although basic functionalities can be accessed in tools panel of Clone stamp tool.

if you have any query , please revert.

Make sure that you are working on a layer that is not locked.

The Clone stamp tool is not appropriate for this maneuver.

Try the Transform tool - - CTRL+T
