Can't find many features on 2026 version that I used on the 2020 version

where do I find the tools like Paint Brush, Paint Bucket, etc that I used in Elements 2020? I had to upgrade to 20206 because 2020 wouldn't open on my new iMac? The new tools exhibited seem very simple and limited. Have the older tools be eliminated or are they somewhere I cant find
