Can't find my Quick, Guided and Advance modes

Two months ago I couldn't print from PSE 2024, a tech took hold of my PC and fixed that. This morning I get up to do some editing and my Quick, Guided and Advance modes are missing.

I've looked everywhere and they were there last week before I was bedridden for five days. No one touched my PC. Now they're gone - what's up with that.
