Can't find Photoshop elements

I own Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. I have Windows 10 installed on my computer that was recently reinstalled. Now there is a problem with PSE. When clicking on the shortcut or clicking on the .exe file in the Organizer folder in Program Files (x86), I get the following message "windows cannot find 'C:\program files (x86)\adobe\elements 11 organizer\photoshop elements 11.0.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again".

As I said, I get the same message when clicking on the actual exe file in the Organizer folder. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the program. No luck. The last time I did the reinstall, I accidentally left the check mark on the trial Adobe Premium Elements 11. Clicking on that desktop shortcut worked.  I got the window with both elements premium and organizer and was able to get into both of them .

What do I do to get the window with Photoshop elements 11 working?

Not sure if this helps same issue with Corel draw, after windows latest update  Realised it's a shortcut issue on desktop. Deleted shortcut. Open program x86 in c drive  found the original file (has image of shortcut you had on desktop). Recreated  shortcut with left click...  works now.

N.B there are two downloads for Windows. After both downloads complete you need to put the contents into a single folder and double-click Setup to start the installation.

I suggest you download from the official link and validate with your serial number after clicking sign-in and licence this software.

Go here and expand the tab for PSE11
