Can't find serial number

I have photoshop elements 11 on an mac late 2012 running High Sierra.  I want to upgrade to my max on this computer which is Catalina but I will lose Photoshop elements 11 when I do that.  So I want to upgrade to elements 12 which will run on Catalina.  The new version of elements will not run on my computer.  And apparently in order to upgrade I need to show proof that I purchased Elements 11.  However back in 2012 when I dit that I must have used an old email I don't know anymore and can't remember.  Please HELP!

    Actually i don't believe photoshop elements 12 will even install on Catalina because pse 12 uses a 32 bit installer and starting with macOS Catalina Apple depreceated the running of 32 bit apps/installers.

     

    As far as i know, photoshop elements 2022 should run on macOS Catalina 10.15 and

    should still be available new in the box from a third party source.
