Can't Find serial number for Elements 10

Would like to update this program, but can't find the serial number for this program and Adobe has no record of it on my account.

I tried all this and found no record.

The program is installed on a Mac.

Worst case scenario, the difference between purchasing a new license vs an upgrade license is USD $20.
