Can't ger Photoshop Elements to open (requirements etc.. in the write-up)

Window 11, 64bit, Photoshop Elements 2023, I have a regeistered serial number: I downloaded an said it was installed successfully. No icon to open. looked for the .exe in the folder it did not open. I need the software for work. Help me please!!

Did you get any error message?Have you tried opening the exe file as an Administrator?You are installing a version that is two years old.  Are you installing for the first time?  If not, how many computers has the program been installed upon? (You are only entitled to activate it on 2 computers).  If you have upgraded the OS or installed a new drive on your machine, Elements will see that as a new computer.
