Can't get .asl downloads to work

I have purchased and used Photoshop Elements for many versions. I recently purchased Photoshop Elements 2020, but when I try to download an .asl file it doesn't work. I've attached a copy of what I'm receiving. Its not the FX blue/white icon, but a black box with the text 'warning'. Does anyone have any why this is happening? I've never had this issue with any other versions.
