Can't get Elements to update to Raw Converter 9.10

Have PS Elements 15 with raw converter of 9.7

My new Nikon 5600 requires an update to the 9.10 version of raw converter

I've downloaded the 9.10 version but cannot get my PS Elements 15 to recognise it (and use this version - int just keeps using 9.7)

Anyone got any ideas?

    Hi robw,

    Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

    I understand you are facing issue with installing updated in Elements 15.

    Can we follow the following steps:

    - Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Windows.

    or

    Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Mac.

    - After installation please double click its icon on your desktop screen to complete the installation.(Windows)

    - After installation please double click its icon by searching it on finder to complete the installation (Mac)

    - Open Adobe Elements

    - Click "Help"

    - Click " Updates"

    Updates is found from the "help" menu.

    Updates are normally automatic. You may wish to check in Preferences >> Update Options to

    ensure you have the automatic option enabled.

    Otherwise Launch the Editor in Expert mode and go to the menu to check for available updates:

    Help >> Updates
