Can't install Elements 2020 from disc onto my new laptop running Windows 11

Ooops, I meant Elements 2023, but can’t seem to edit the title. Anyway,  I have an installation disk for Elements 2023 and am trying to install it onto my new Acer laptop running Windows 11, but it sends me to Adobe online, and I get nowhere. Please help.

    Does it appear under your products in your adobe account?  If it does, use that. 

    PLEASE IGNORE INSTALLED DEVICES.  That doesn’t apply to pse, just to things you subscribe to.
