Can't install new RAW update for Photoshop Elements 14?

So I keep getting a prompt to install Photoshop Camera Raw 9.5, but when I do, I always get the same message. It says in the error log that the file was not found. "It may have been moved or deleted". How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Huh, when I try to update the installer it won't even do that. It starts and says "updating" but when it gets close to the end it just closes off. No messages or anything. I'll try to run it again and the same thing happens every time.

Hi beth.rutter,

Apologies that none of the above solutions has worked for you. Could you please re-install the application again.

Note - Before uninstall, please make sure that you have your serial number available with you which you got when you purchased Photoshop Elements 14 else skip this step.

Thanks,

Raushan

Hi beth.rutter,

Please launch Elements Organizer 14 or Elements Editor 14 and go to Help --> Updates and manually update Camera Raw 9.5.  This should resolve your issue.

Hey, thanks! Unfortunately that hasn't worked for me. I'm still getting the same message, and the same thing is happening for the recent update for Premiere Elements now too!

Please perform the steps as mentioned in the below link. Hope this helps.

Update message appears repeatedly in Photoshop Elements

If it doesn't work for you then could you please attach the screenshot of the issue. It'll help us in further investigation.

You can check if you have camera raw from the Editor menu:

Help > About Plugin >> Camera Raw

Press esc to close the pop-up

I just checked it and I do have it. I followed what RaushanKumar said and tried to manually update it but I'm getting the same thing. The same thing is happening with the recent  update for Premiere Elements too. Weird!
