Can't install Photoshop elements 14.

Hi there,

I've been trying for hours and it's driving me crazy, firstly I had problems where the download would not initialize, so I got the clean up tool and removed all previous versions of photoshop on my computer. Now it initializes but get's stuck at 68% installation at microsoft visual c++ 2005 redistributable package. I've deleted the version of this I already had on my computer, but i do have a 2012 and 2013 version still on my computer...any suggestions?

    You've posted to the Premiere Elements forum, so I'll move your post to the correct forum.

    Meantime, what operating system do you have? What processor do you have and with how much free, clean space on your drive?

    Have you tried installing the current version of the program? (Even if it's just the free trial.)
