Can't install Photoshop Elements trial.

When I start the installation, I get a window that can't be mazimized with a couple of questions in it. There is supposed to be a CONTINUE button below but I don't see it because the windows is too small. What can I do?

    You need to install Photoshop Elements from an administrator account.
