Can't log into Photoshop Elements 2022 and Acrobat DC at same time

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 for Windows. During the purchase, Adobe would not let me use the same Adobe account that I used in purchasing Acrobat DC. Now I can only use either PSE or Acrobat, but can not have both accounts active at the same time. What can I do to make it so I can use both programs?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

You can use one Adobe ID at one time as the activation information is shared among all Adobe Apps.

I have reviewed your account & you have a business/team subscription in one profile & Photoshop Elements 2022 is not activated in this profile.

You can reach out to the IT/administrator of your current team subscription to unassign the subscription from this email to the Adobe ID you have Photoshop Elements registered at.

Or you can transfer the Product license between your email accounts: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/transfer-product-license.html

Let us know if this helps,
Thanks!
