Can't open any people images?

Using ver. 14, Organizer. Imported all files. Opened People and named all files. When I switch to Named from unnamed a box appears. It says: Name faces in unnamed view. All have been named. What have I missed?

In People > Unnamed view , there is a check box that says Hide Small Stacks. Uncheck it and see if there are still any unnamed stacks.

Tried that, it made no difference.

Hi,

How did you named the faces?

Did you do named by clicking on Add Name present below unnamed people stacks in Unnamed view or from media room?

It would be helpful if you can attach a screenshot of People > Named view. We might be able to understand the issue better after seeing that screenshot.

Looked at each set of people photos and named person. That stack vanished

from screen and I did next batch. Attached is view I am getting for named

and unnamed people photos. Also getting a problem with named events.

Hi,

I would suggest you to restart the machine in case and then check the same in the application if that resolves the issue.

In case the issue persists, attach the video (preferably)/ image of your people room where you see this to help us understand the issue better and provide for resolution accordingly.
