Can't open Elements 15 - license error

I've recently had to reinstall my computer.

I've reinstalled my Adobe Elements 15 and it has work just fine a couple of weekes. But now when I try to open the program I get box telling me that the program is not currently licensed. It futher tells me to open Photoshop Elements Editor to update the licensing information. When I open the Editor I am logged into my Adobe account. I've tried the solution her: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/licensing-problem.html but to no avail. What else can I do ?

Oh, and just for record, I do of course have a valid serialnumber.

Regards

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Sorry to hear about this, what happened when you launched the Editor?
Did it work properly or ask you to enter a serial number, or go into Trial mode, or ????

The Organizer licensing works off of the Editor Licensing, So, once you get the Editor licensed up properly, the Organizer should work fine.

Hi Sahil

I did a reinstall of Elements.

So far so good.

Otherwise I'll have to buy an upgrade 🙂
