Can't open organizer

Question

When I open PE15 and select the organizer it won't open it and freezes but if I select editor that will open. I'm wondering if this may be due to too many photos in the library? I did move a lot to my external Hard drive and retried again to open and it still won't.  Help

In the menu, choose 'repair' and wait for the process to finish. If the organizer does not lauch, try again with the option to open a new empty catalog.How did you move the files to the external drive? from the folders panel in the organizer, or outside of the organizer, from the explorer or Finder? Which OS (Win or Mac) and version?
