Can't open PE 12

I can't open PE12. I get the sign-in screen and agreement etc. I already purchased PE12 about 3 years ago. Been working fine. Why am I now required to log in and keep getting some kind of purchase or resign-in screen. What is going on? I changed my password and still get the same thing.  please help.
