Can't open photo - edited in Elements (2021)

I created a panorama in Elements Editor (2021). I saved it in JPEG format. Elements Organizer can't open the new panorama photo. The Organizer shows the photo as a broken gray square. It was created in Elements. How could this be? Every other program I tried opens the photo fine.

    You have probably exceeded the default maximum image size for the Organizer. If you are comfortable about editing the registry to increase the size, take a look at this HelpX article:
