Can't register new standalone copy

Question

I've cancelled my Creative Cloud subscription and purchased a standalone copy of Photoshop Elements, as I am not interested in monthly subscriptions!!! I only need the standalone program Photoshop Elements.

BUT, when I purchased the new standalone program I used my SECONDARY email address by mistake.

This means I cannot see the program in my Adobe ID account! If I try to add it, I a am told that the serial number is already in use!

How can I transer the ownership of this software from the secondary account and add it to my Adobe ID account???
